How do I visualize

Learning to visualize: this is how visualization works properly

If you have your mind under control and can imagine pictures more easily, then move on to making your worked out vision come true in your head. Be careful that your desires and goals are in line with your feelings. There's no point if you firmly believe that it won't work out anyway.

  1. Only visualize when you have enough time. It would therefore be best in the evening before going to bed. Find a place where nobody will disturb you. You can sit or lie down on a sofa. Make yourself comfortable. Take a comfortable position.
  2. Come to rest and relax. You can do this quite well if you take a few deep breaths. Draw in air through your nose into your stomach, pause for a moment, and let it flow out of your mouth. Do this three to four times.
  3. After that, breathe normally and watch as you breathe in and out. Do this for a few minutes.
  4. Then bring beautiful memories to your mind. Consciously relive the situation. Focus on what you see, feel, and feel. Pay attention to sounds, conversations, and other relevant peculiarities of your memory.
  5. Now imagine your goals. Go here step by step. Where are you? What is your life like? What do you do for a living? What did you achieve? What is family life like? Do you have a partner and children? Picture everything in as much detail as possible.
  6. Don't forget to feel these images. Connect them to your emotions. Let the pictures come to life. Imagine you are in the middle of the action. You talk to other people, see what is happening and feel how you are doing in this situation.
  7. It is possible that you will fall asleep while doing this. This is not a problem. However, when you are awake and done with your visualization, slowly come back by counting from 5 to 1.
